Applicants and visitors are advised to carefully read the following Refund & Return Policy before submitting the application form or making any payment on the AISEE website. By proceeding with the registration process, applicants acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned below.
Application Fee Policy
- The application/registration fee paid for AISEE examination is non-refundable under normal circumstances once the payment has been successfully processed.
- Once an application form is submitted successfully through online or offline mode, the application fee immediately becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
- AISEE reserves the right to reject incomplete, invalid, duplicate, or misleading applications without refund.
Duplicate Payment Refund
- In case an applicant accidentally makes multiple payments for the same transaction, the extra payment amount may be refunded after verification.
- Approved refunds for duplicate transactions shall generally be processed through the original payment source within 15 to 20 working days.
Scholarship & Admission Terms
- Scholarship eligibility is subject to AISEE merit ranking, document verification, institutional eligibility criteria, and applicable scholarship policies.
- Scholarship benefits are applicable only for eligible students who take admission in participating institutions as per applicable scholarship criteria.
- Scholarship benefits, awards, or assistance are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another candidate.
- Scholarship amounts may vary depending upon course structure, institutional policies, fee structure, eligibility category, and scholarship criteria.
- Scholarship disbursement, where applicable, may be processed through cheque, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods after verification of required documents.
Admission & Academic Responsibility
- AISEE acts as a scholarship and assessment platform and does not directly control institutional academic operations, admission policies, fee structures, or internal administrative matters of participating colleges or universities.
- After allotment or admission into any institution, matters relating to academics, attendance, conduct, refunds, disciplinary action, or institutional policies shall remain between the student and the respective institution.
- AISEE shall not be responsible for any institutional policy changes, delays, communication issues, admission disputes, or student discontinuation of courses.
Non-Refundable Situations
- No refund shall be provided if a student voluntarily withdraws, discontinues, or fails to attend the examination or academic program.
- No refund shall be applicable after commencement of classes, examination process, scholarship processing, or admission procedures.
- No interest shall be payable on any approved refund amount.
Policy Modification
AISEE reserves the right to modify, revise, update, or amend this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
